Cynthia Swarnalatha

Global Technology Leader with over 3 decades of Engineering and Product delivery experience, and a diverse career across different companies [viz. Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Pega, Intuit, [24]7.ai, NetApp, Cisco, Motorola, Wipro]. She has worked on diverse technology domains like Server Engineering, Storage, Telecommunication, Networking, Tools & Infrastructure development, Solution Delivery for multiple verticals in the Consumer Experience space, Cloud Engineering etc. She has been in leadership roles and delivered strong and sustainable business outcomes. Cynthia is a Versatile, Values Driven, Change leader with emphasis on Culture, Collaboration and Innovation. She has been recognized multiple times for organizational transformation.

Recently she was a site leader for HPE’s Bangalore R&D Center, responsible for driving innovation, Talent Acquisition, partnership with India Sales, Technical branding, industry connects & partnerships and employee experience.

Contribution to the Startup Ecosystem
She has contributed to start-up initiatives, partnering with tech start-ups for GTM and co-innovation.

At present she is currently a charter member of TiE Bangalore Chapter & a member of the TiE Women Entrepreneurs Core team. She has also served as a mentor in the start-up incubation centre of the West Bengal Chamber of Commerce [WEBEL].

Industry Participation
She has served as a member of the Regional Product Council of NASSCOM in Karnataka in 2018 and also served on the Advisory council for Grace Hopper Conference for Women in Computing, hosted by Anita Borg Institute.
